Deeply disappointed. Had come across this e-book when searching for a book dealing with practical knowledge on how to deal with the loss of a pet. Upon reading the review left by another purchaser, I thought that I was buying a book with actual helpful knowledge of how to process the loss of a dear pet. I did rely on the one customer review posted to decide whether to buy.Instead of any kind of tools or strategies to deal with loss, the reader is given a string of loosely connected Bible quotes, followed by a rambling disjointed, impossible to follow account of his life with several different cats. The author cannot seem to complete one thought from beginning to end. His writing style jumps around like a dyslexic ping pong ball with no clear beginning or end in sight. Thank goodness this isn't a mystery or we would never know the solution.
Thinking that perhaps I had accidentally purchased the wrong book; that somehow I had read a review and managed to click and buy a different book than I had intended, I retraced my steps back to the Amazon description of the book and found the review again. This just served to confirm my fears. I had indeed wasted $2.99 on purchasing a book thinking that the review posted was genuine. This is an example of vanity publishing at its absolute worst. Proves that literally anyone can publish anything, write their own review or have a friend write it for them and fool the public into thinking that they are actually buying something worthwhile.
